Kaparadeli Eftichia’s translation of her own poem: ΣΤΡΟΒΙΛΙΣΜΟΙ – Whirls (Greek to English)

Whirls

Winds of the heavens

caress the embraced naked

of the trees branches where

they are watered

with the tears of rain

Dawn one day even

and a New Prayer

in thankful lips

Flower seeds fall into the soil

My body calm

the veins are poured into the river

of forgetfulness in the red blossoms

It's been years, white angels around me

There I will leave the soul and my heart
