Athulya Thomas’ poem: Then build a labour room too

“Then Build A Labor Room Too,

At School”, They Said –

“If More Practical Rooms Are There,

I Will Also Go To School Again”.

“Then Build A Labor Room Too,

At School”, They Said –

“Our Prestigious Culture, Don’t Ruin,

Let Kids Be Just Kids”.

“Let Kids Be Just Kids”,

Remembering, The Friends Of Mine,

Abused Emotionally,

Sexually- In The Name Of,

Educational Reformation,

Sexual Liberalism – By

Our Dearest Teacher!

Having Learnt –

Manipulation Strategies.

Having Heard-

Mental Traumas.

If We Can,

Do Something For,

The Sexual Poverty Of

This World – Educate,

At Least The Generations,

Yet To Be Born!

“Then Build A Labor Room Too,

At School”, They Said –

“If More Practical Rooms Are There,

I Will Also Go To School Again.”

Contemplate!
