A fabulous frosty morning,
Thick screen of fog to and fro,
Serene surrounding, I trow.
Frosty fog wrapping everything,
Like a smooth, soft blanket,
Nu,still some lads playing cricket.
A poor little girl, shivering with cold,
Sans sweater and with rattling teeth,
Yells with agony. . .no fabulous fog!
For me and for The Have-nots,
With empty pockets and no roof —
Considering ourselves only aloof.
