Somali Mukherjee’s four small poems

A Quest

Who will let us know

Why we all love darkness that

Immerses us all?

Mortality

The sun must go down;

It remains dark all night long;

A new age begins…

The Returns

Let people deceive;

Do know they aren’t forgiven;

Our moments return.

The Moment

My days are over;

I’m done with my commitments;

It’s time to be off.
