Gregg Norman’s poem: Comforts

Hedonists of the world unite

To seek their creature comforts

In everything they do

Fast food and microwavables

Climate controlled environments

In houses stores and cars

Slip-on pullover no-iron duds

And to hell with lace-up shoes

Pillowtops recliners theatre seating

With side pockets for remotes

Apps for everything

From playlists to e-books

And movies on demand

In replayed freeze-framed slow motion

Friends and family

Are only a thumb touch away
