Sandip De’s photoalbum: Jaldapara

Photographer’s Note: The Jaldapara National Park situated at the foothills of Himalayas in the Alipurduar District of northern West Bengal offers one of the most striking experiences of nature and her majestic child – the Indian Elephant. The morning light, the ringing winds of the forest sliding of the watchful leaves of the old trees, the solemn rhythm of the elephant’s walk and the view from their backs make it one of the most enjoyable and enriching experience. The photographer aims to frame the scenes from such an encounter in the Jaldapara National Park.
