Brittany Anne Forster’s photo-poem: In a moment

some moments never meant to hold possibilities

some moments never harbored incapabilities

some moments weren’t meant to have added parallels

some moments weren’t supposed to have so rapid farewells

some moments are not to be repeated

so that in returning you never feel cheated

some moments hold perfections

         remaining only in reflections

protect by over justifying intentions

some moments are just a short season

for only in the next cycle,

         you uncover its reason

continue to explore life’s next great bestowment

for it will only last a moment
