Oindri Ghosh-Roy and Koushik Saha’s collaborative piece: Dino Story

Editor’s Note: This collaboration is an attempt to encourage the imaginative mind of a child and give her hope that someone somewhere can bring form to those wildly beautiful ideas she carries in her head.

Once upon a time, there were two little dinosaurs who hatched from their eggs. When the Sun came up, the dinosaurs ate breakfast. The MumMum dinosaur and Baba dinosaur woke up. And then they also ate breakfast. After the Stegosaurus and the T-Rex finished their breakfast they started to play and the MumMum and Baba Dinosaurs started to clean dishes.

Then when it was snacktime, the dinosaurs began to sit down and eat their snacks. And then the dinosaurs got off from their chairs and the MumMum dinosaur put on some music for the dinosaurs to dance.

Then it was lunchtime the dinosaurs ate their food and afterwards they took a nap. After they woke up, they ate snacks and got off from their chairs, then they played. When the MumMum dinosaur came down to cook, they started to wash their hands and go potty and then they sat down, ate dinner, took a bath, put on their pajamas and then went to sleep. Then the MumMum and Baba dinosaurs slept too.

At night the stegosaurus had a bad dream, and MumMum dinosaur came with a flashlight to look. The T-rex was also crying because she wanted MumMum triceratops. Then MumMum helped put T-rex to sleep and closed the door so that the cat could not come in.
